Fetches activities from Garmin Connect, downloads FIT files, analyzes them with fit-analyzer, writes standardized Lauftagebuch entries (markdown + YAML) to the Zettelkasten, and triggers adaptive weekly plan adjustment via the marathon-coach agent. Works for any sport type (running, cycling, swimming, strength, etc.). Use `sync` to process all activities since the last sync; pass an ID or date to process a specific one; or pass `list` to browse recent activities without downloading.
Claude Skills are markdown + scripts loaded into Claude Code; scanned with the same pipeline.
