Turn a pasted batch of plugin gap notes (from real usage of the agent-engineering plugin) into cleanly-formatted GitHub issues on this repo. Trigger: "file these gaps", "log these as issues", "here are the gaps from the run", "/file-gaps", or any pasted markdown list of P0/P1/P2 gaps with "What happened / Fix" shapes. LOG ONLY — it files issues, it does not implement them. Dedupes against open issues and flags overlaps before creating anything.
Claude Skills are markdown + scripts loaded into Claude Code; scanned with the same pipeline.
We found this by crawling public sources and nobody has attested to it. That is how most of the registry gets here, and it is not a mark against the artifact — it only means no authenticated act of publication is on record. An artifact can be the vendor's own and still appear here.
