Adversarially review an IMPLEMENTED FIX — a committed code change (a diff on a branch) — against the issue it claims to resolve and the plan it was built from, BEFORE the PR is opened. Its distinct question is intent alignment — does THIS change actually resolve THAT issue, per THAT plan, without regressing callers or hiding a band-aid — which generic line-level review does not ask. Use this whenever someone has an implemented or committed fix / diff / change and wants it challenged or sanity-checked before opening a PR — even if they don't say "review-code-risk". Trigger phrases: "challenge this fix / diff", "does this fix actually resolve the issue", "will this change regress anything", "pressure-test / red-team / stress-test this implementation", "pre-mortem this diff", "review my fix before I open the PR", "/review-code-risk". Do NOT trigger for: reviewing a plan / spec / RFC before implementation (review-plan-risk); generic line-level bug-hunting or style / simplification cleanup (code-review / coderabbit); security-vulnerability scanning (security-review); debugging a failing test; summarizing or addressing PR reviewer comments; refactoring; or confirmatory "is this correct?" checks that want validation, not adversarial enumeration.
