Collect a day's Claude.ai chats and Cowork sessions and save them as a dated Markdown journal, one file per day. Use this whenever the user wants to archive, log, summarize, or back up their Claude conversation history — including phrases like "log yesterday's chats", "save my Claude history", "what did I work on last week", "set up a daily conversation log", or when running a scheduled daily/weekly logging task. Also use it when the user asks to configure, repair, or re-run an existing conversation-logging routine.
Claude Skills are markdown + scripts loaded into Claude Code; scanned with the same pipeline.
