Turn a brainstorming or design conversation into an implementation-ready PRD/functional spec plus a downstream agent execution kit (CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md / task graph) that Claude Code or Cursor can use to build the concept end to end. Use this whenever someone has been discussing, scoping, or refining an idea in chat and wants to "turn this into a spec/PRD", "hand this to Claude Code/Cursor", "make this buildable", "write up what we just designed", or "spec this out". Trigger it even when the request is phrased loosely ("ok now make this real", "package this for an agent", "what would I give an AI to build this"). The skill carries no project-specific conventions of its own — it discovers and inherits a project's existing rules and asks when something load-bearing is unspecified, so it works in any repo and composes with whatever CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md / .cursor/rules / other skills are present.
